Using the Web Site for Coaches

Coaches can use the web site to communicate with their teams. To do so, follow these steps:
  1. Login to the site (see below for details)
  2. From the Teams drop-down menu, select your team. (Note: some browsers may not be able to display the entire list as a dropdown menu. If so, click on the Teams tab, and select your team on the team page.
  3. You can send email to the team in two ways: by posting and emailing a "Team Bulletin", or by sending email from the Roster page.
  4. To post a team bulletin on the site, click "Add a Team Bulletin" on the main page for your team. Edit your message in the editing box. If you want it to go out by email, check the "Broadcast this message" at the bottom of the page before you submit it. This will post a message on the team page (most recent message first), giving parents and players a convenient place to check if they miss or misplace a message.
  5. To email the team directly, go to the Roster page. There is a button on the right labeled "Options". Select "Email Team", and complete the form. This does not post a bulletin on the team page.
Because the BAYS schedule is managed through the BAYS site, WAYS does not use the game scheduling features on the site.

Logging in to the WAYS Site

To login to the WAYS site, enter your email address and password in the boxes in the upper right corner of the pages on the site. If you have not created a password on the site, or have forgotten it, leave the password field blank. The system will send you an email message with a link to reset your password.
